Ms. Vo attended the University of Kansas for her undergraduate education. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, she attended law school at the University of Kansas School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate degree. Ms. Vo is licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Prior to gaining his legal degree, Mr. Look worked as a business consultant for Ernst & Young. During this period, he worked extensively on complex business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. As an accomplished litigator, Mr. Look has achieved an impressive track record of positive results for cases involving business issues such as a partnership dispute, breach of contract and infringement.

Mr. Kim has garnered a reputation for excellence in business litigation, and has prevailed in many high profile cases. Mr. Kim has provided counsel in a range of business law matters, including real estate law, intellectual property matters, environmental law, tax, business, and public law matters.
